As we grow our team, we are seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in general liability, construction, and/or design professional litigation.

Who You Are:
- Juris Doctor from an Accredited Law School
- 3+ years of experience representing clients in general liability, construction and/or design professional litigation
- Must be admitted to practice in MA with admission in other New England states preferred
- Experience with written discovery and Superior Court Rule 9A motion practice
- Capable of independent work
- Superior research and writing skills
What You Will Be Doing?
- Assist partners with an active litigation caseload, from inception to trial.
- Interface with clients and insurance professionals.
- Assist with preparing witnesses for deposition and trial.
- Retain and work with expert witnesses.
- Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
- Research legal issues and prepare memoranda.
- Draft motions and oppositions and argue same at hearings.
- Assist with negotiating settlements and at mediation.
- Assist with evaluating liability and damages issues and prepare exposure evaluations.
- Trial preparation and support.
- Maintain accurate and timely time records.
