Job Details



We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Partner to join the team. As a Partner, you will be responsible for leading and managing corporate matters, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school & active license to practice in Massachusetts
  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate Law; Advising startups and emerging companies
  • $1million+ portable book of business
