Community hospital looking to bring on Nurse Director Surgical Services! Sign On Bonus! Full Relocation! 
 
Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

<li>Level Trauma 3</li>
<li>Not Union</li>
<li>8 ORs with 2 CVORs</li>
<li>Service lines – General Surgery, Vascular, CVOR, Urology, Gynecological, Orthopedics, Neurological (struggling) and NO ENT.</li>
<li>Robots – 2 XIs for general surgery</li>
<li>Cases – 500</li>
<li>FTEs reporting under the position: 67</li>
<li>Direct report- 2 Certified Nurse Coordinators (CNC)</li>
<li>CVOR – lead tech</li>
<li>Reports to Administrative Director</li>
</ul>
 
Qualification:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Nursing REQUIRED</li>
<li>Master's Degree Preferred</li>
<li>MUST HAVE MIN 3 YRS OF DIR SURGICAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE</li>
