Position: School Behavior Technician
Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit

Job Description:

Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options

As a School Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by licensed professionals.
• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioral needs.
• Monitor and document student progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success.
• Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate behaviors.
• Assist in creating a safe and supportive classroom environment.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working with students with behavioral challenges is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Patience, compassion, and a strong commitment to student development.
