Position: School Behavior Technician

Job Description:
Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options
As a School Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges and fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by licensed professionals.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioral needs.
- Monitor and document student progress and behaviors during sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success.
- Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate behaviors.
- Assist in creating a safe and supportive classroom environment.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Experience working with students with behavioral challenges is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Patience, compassion, and a strong commitment to student development.
