Assist patients with frame and lens selection based on their prescription and preferences

Ensure proper fit, adjustments, and provide education on eyewear care

Coordinate with providers and team members to support a smooth, efficient patient experience

Use your prior experience in optical, healthcare, or administrative work to contribute to a well-run practice

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and assisting patients' needs.
- Style patients to meet their fashion and lifestyle needs.
- Maximize sales offerings and educate patients on lens options using extensive knowledge of product lines and options.
- Use proper tools to take accurate measurements and fit/adjust eyewear for patient needs.
- Promise accurate delivery & turnaround times meeting the patients' needs. Immediately notify the patient of any delays in delivery times.
- Help maintain the attractive appearance of the office; dust, clean frames and frame boards, maintain frame inventory, maintain and upkeep dispensary and optical workspaces.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Training Provided; optical experience preferred but not required.
- Fashion savvy and enjoy helping people in a customer setting.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with sales and making transactions.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
