This opportunity seeks a skilled Imaging Interventional Radiologic Technologist to support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a dynamic healthcare environment. Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Variable day shifts
- No overnight call
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment for interventional radiology procedures.
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety.
- Assist in patient positioning and care during interventions, maintaining a sterile environment.
- Perform quality control and equipment maintenance checks.
- Document procedures and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist with ARRT (R) and (CV) credentials preferred.
- Proficiency in Interventional Radiology imaging techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in a hospital radiology department is strongly preferred.
