Join our client’s team as a Residences Manager and play a key role in ensuring exceptional operations and resident experiences within a luxury residential setting. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of residential operations, including common areas, owner amenities, housekeeping, engineering, and valet.
- Serve as the primary liaison between residence owners and the hotel team, ensuring exceptional service and prompt resolution of resident concerns.
- Lead and support department managers and staff to achieve operational and financial objectives through effective leadership, training, and HR practices.
- Coordinate and manage events, celebrations, and programs that enhance the resident experience.
- Monitor staffing levels, productivity, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety, SOPs, and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of unit owners’ information, parking and storage assignments, association dues, and property communications.
- Ensure business continuity plans and emergency procedures are established, well-practiced, and enforced.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in residential management or 5+ years in luxury hotel management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in hospitality management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with residents, owners, and colleagues.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain staff.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexible to work Monday–Friday onsite, 8:30 AM–5:00/6:00 PM, with occasional extended hours as needed.
