Location: Foxboro, MA
⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (OT as needed)
Duration: 12 months (Contract-to-Hire)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician with hands-on mechanical and electronic assembly experience. This role involves set-up, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting production activities to ensure high-quality manufacturing results.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble and test mechanical and electronic components

Troubleshoot printed wiring assemblies and equipment

Interpret and follow technical drawings and schematics

Perform inspections and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure quality and safety standards

Support production line activities and escalate issues when needed

Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Qualifications

Two-year technical degree OR four-year vocational high school

Hands-on mechanical and electronic assembly experience

Soldering experience preferred

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions

Comfortable working occasional overtime when required
