Resin Systems is a manufacturer of custom thermoset resin castings utilizing epoxy, urethane, and silicone materials designed for highly dependable performance in hundreds of demanding applications and environments. Resin Systems creates components for a wide range of industries including Semiconductor, RF Microwave, and Medical.

Position Overview

The ISO (International Organization of Standardization) Representative & Production Manager support person is responsible for ensuring all production operations run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with ISO standards. This role combines leadership in daily production management with oversight of quality systems, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain ISO certification and drive operational excellence.

ISO Representative Duties:

- Serve as the primary contact for all ISO-related matters, including audits, documentation, and compliance.- Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to align with ISO 9001 (or applicable standard).- Prepare and manage internal and external ISO audits, corrective actions, and follow-up reports.- Train employees in ISO policies, procedures, and best practices.- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure consistent document control throughout all departments.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Production Management Support Duties:

- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met.- Supervise, train, and motivate production team members to achieve performance targets.- Coordinate with planning, purchasing, and quality departments to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.- Monitor production metrics such as efficiency, scrap rates, and labor utilization.- Ensure a safe and organized work environment, complying with OSHA and company safety standards.- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures as needed.- Participate in strategic planning for capacity expansion, process improvement, and cost reduction. Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing management, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production management or quality/ISO compliance roles.- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (or other relevant ISO standards) and auditing processes.- Proven leadership and team management skills.- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
