Stoneham Ford, one of New England’s leading Ford dealers, is expanding its Internet Sales / BDC Team. We’re looking for an energetic Automotive Customer Service Representative (CSR) / BDC Internet Sales Representative to assist online and phone customers, answer inquiries, and schedule quality appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Do:
• Respond quickly and professionally to internet and phone leads from our website and third-party sources
• Make outbound follow-up calls, emails, and texts to customers who have shown interest in a vehicle or service
• Ask discovery questions to understand customer needs and guide them to the next step
• Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the showroom or speak with a sales consultant
• Coordinate appointment schedules and hand-offs with the sales team
• Document all customer interactions and updates accurately within the CRM system
• Provide basic product and promotion information such as features, availability, and pricing
• Follow up with recent visitors and past customers to ensure satisfaction and generate additional leads
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for customer contacts, follow-ups, and appointments set
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
• Previous automotive BDC, call center, or sales experience preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong follow-up, time-management, and relationship-building skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a professional demeanor
• Comfortable learning CRM systems, web-based tools, and basic Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Ability to work some evenings and weekend days
• Reliable transportation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
• Ability to sit, type, and talk on the phone for extended periods
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment
• Ability to manage multiple types of customer communication simultaneously
Compensation & Benefits:
• $20–$26 per hour base pay (depending on experience)
