Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-semester contract position is ideal for a skilled Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience working in K-12 school settings. Serving a caseload of 4th-6th grade students, this role focuses on supporting the special education population through effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices.
Location: Hollis Upper Elementary School, Hollis, NH
Job Duration: Full Semester, starting ASAP through June 17, 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full school days

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA intervention plans for students in grades 4 through 6
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adapt classroom strategies and arrangements as needed
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation
- Provide direct support to students with special needs in a school environment
- Participate in team meetings and virtual interviews as part of the onboarding process
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Proven school-based experience with special education populations
- Ability to work flexibly with classroom dynamics and changes
- Reliable transportation to and from the school setting
- Completion of district fingerprinting and successful passage of onboarding requirements
- One completed reference confirming professional competency
