Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A licensed Massachusetts Psychologist is needed to support high school students in a school-based setting. This full-time, contract position lasts through the current school year, providing vital psychological services directly to students.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Collaborating with educators and families to develop and implement intervention plans
- Providing counseling and support to promote student well-being and academic success
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing professional insights
- Ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements and school policies
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Psychologist license (a screenshot of the license must be submitted with the application)
- Experience working within a school-based setting, ideally at the high school level
- Strong skills in student assessment, counseling, and collaboration with educational professionals
- Ability to complete required background checks promptly
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work full-time hours
This role is located in Holyoke, Massachusetts, serving high school students in a supportive educational environment. Candidates with prior experience in similar school settings or with familiarity with local school systems are encouraged to apply.
