What You Will Be Doing

Our project cleaners work in teams to provide post-construction detail cleaning to newly constructed apartment buildings in and around South Burlington, VT. You will be working with a dedicated team of cleaners to leave each site spotless and ready for tenants to move in. You can expect a dynamic work environment, cleaning and preparing multiple units on the same day, under the guidance of the Project Manager/Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have previous professional cleaning experience and reliable transportation to work.

Our project cleaner positions are located in South Burlington, 10 minutes from the South Burlington Airport.

This is a temporary position, lasting 6-8 weeks with the potential for permanent placement based on availability and merit.


Shift: Monday - Friday | 9:00AM- 5:00PM

Project Cleaner Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Clean surfaces, glass partitions, windows, and doors.
  • Vacuum, dust, and mop floors.
  • High and low dusting of walls and ledges.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
  • Other tasks, as assigned by your supervisor.

Project Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus.
  • Reliable Transportation to work.
  • Successfully pass a Background Check.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A Team-player mentality.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.

Project Cleaner Physical Requirements:

  • Move or traverse through assigned work areas.
  • Frequent reaching and lifting.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling and squatting.
  • Ability to handle a variety of cleaning materials/substances.
  • Climbing multiple flights of stairs daily.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
  • Lift up to 40 lbs.
