Stratton Amenities is seeking an experienced and reliable Floating Supervisor to support our concierge teams across multiple luxury residential properties in Los Angeles. This role serves as an extension of the Regional Manager, offering leadership, training, and operational support while also serving as a lead concierge when needed. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, professional, and hospitality-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Serve as an on-site lead concierge when covering shifts, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

Assist the Regional Manager with training new team members and reinforcing company service standards.
 - 
Conduct property visits to support and guide on-site concierge teams, addressing any service concerns or operational issues.
 - 
Step in to fill shifts in case of last-minute call-offs or emergencies to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
 - 
Assist with onboarding new associates and help facilitate monthly service reset meetings as needed.
 - 
Provide feedback to management on team performance, training needs, and client satisfaction.
 - 
Foster strong relationships with property management teams to maintain service excellence and client retention.
 
Qualifications:
- 
2+ years of hospitality, luxury residential, or customer service leadership experience.
 - 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 - 
Proven ability to lead by example and maintain a polished, professional image.
 - 
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel within the greater Los Angeles area.
 - 
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 
Preferred:
- 
Previous concierge or front desk experience in luxury residential or hotel settings.
