Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A licensed Massachusetts Psychologist is needed for a full-time, school-based position supporting high school students in Springfield, MA. This contract role runs through the current school year until June 25, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological services, assessments, and interventions tailored to high school students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support student well-being and academic success
- Develop individualized plans and support strategies for diverse learner needs
- Maintain compliance with state licensure and school district regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Massachusetts Psychologist license (a screenshot of the license must be submitted with the application)
- Demonstrated experience working as a school psychologist, preferably in high school settings
- Strong assessment, counseling, and data interpretation skills
- Ability to navigate school systems and collaborate within educational teams
- Reliable transportation and ability to commit to a full-time schedule (35 hours per week)
Location:Springfield, MA - Serving students at designated high school sites within the district
