A-Line Staffing is now hiring Coordinator I – Prior Auth & Appeals (REMOTE).
The Coordinator I would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Coordinator I Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $16.00 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Coordinator I Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Remote position
  • Training Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CT (2 weeks)
  • Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Mon–Fri between 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CT
  • Start Date: October 27, 2025
  • Must work from a private home office with a door, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi), and be willing to turn camera on during work hours

Coordinator I Responsibilities

  • Perform non-clinical activities and functions under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor
  • Sort incoming faxes and mail in compliance with department and client requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements
  • Review and maintain compliance with ERISA, CMS, Medicaid, and client-specific requirements
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet business unit objectives

Coordinator I Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 6 months – 1 year of data entry experience
  • Minimum typing speed: 25–30 WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read, type, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be hardwired (no Wi-Fi) and able to work in a distraction-free home office with a door
  • Internet speed test screenshot required
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of healthcare industry experience (hospital, managed care, physician office, PBM, etc.)
  • Knowledge of prescription drug products, dosage forms, and usage
  • Background in medical/pharmacy terminology
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
