You arrive at our Westborough, MA facility and open a detailed set of blueprints. Piece by piece, you assemble a machine that must meet tight tolerances and rigorous quality checks. When a challenge pops up, you and your teammates troubleshoot it, confirm the fix with testing, and document what you learned so the next build is even smoother.

Your Mission

• Translate technical drawings into precise, high-quality machine assemblies.
• Inspect and test completed builds to confirm function and quality.
• Collaborate to resolve assembly issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workstation.
• Record assembly steps and report any variances or improvement opportunities.

About You

• Experienced in machine building and assembly work.
• Fluent in reading and interpreting blueprints/technical drawings.
• Detail-focused with strong problem-solving ability.
• A dependable teammate who can also work independently.
• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
