Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Pediatric RN for a triage office position in New Hampshire, requiring a NH or compact RN license and strong phone-based patient care skills.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in a pediatric clinic setting supporting a variety of age groups
- Day shift schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with Saturday rotation 8 AM – 12 PM
- No on-call responsibilities required
- Majority of duties involve triage/telephone nursing, spending up to 80% of time on the phone with patients
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system used is McKesson
- Will provide direct patient care, medication administration, and patient education
- Responsible for teaching and directing LPNs and Medical Assistants in the therapeutic plan of care
- Must comply with hospital policies, regulatory guidelines, and foster a safe work environment
- Expected to maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in patient condition
- No local travelers accepted; candidates must have a primary residence at least 50 miles from the facility
- Maximum of 5 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed
- Initial orientation provided is 8 hours
- First-time travelers with appropriate experience will be considered

- Active NH or compact RN license required at the time of application
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA required
- Pediatric nursing experience required
- Experience with triage or telephone-based patient care required
- Must have experience communicating with patients about medication, medical history, and diagnosis
- Clinic or medical office setting experience required
- Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
- Must provide work history, relevant skills checklist, and one supervisory signed reference from the last two years
