Key Responsibilities
- Follow batch formulas using iPads and scanners to ensure consistency
- Operate blending equipment and handle materials up to 4,000 lbs per batch
- Monitor ingredient quality and report issues
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Accurately complete all required documentation
Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and instruction-following
- Basic math skills and comfort with repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work varying shifts and overtime
