Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapist, where you’ll make an impact by providing exceptional rehabilitative care in our outpatient orthopedic setting. We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates, especially those with diverse backgrounds in inpatient, home health, or skilled nursing environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered care plans for a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to promote mobility, pain reduction, and functional recovery.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and actively engage in discharge planning.
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals, self-management, and home exercise strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Accurately document all patient interactions in EMR systems, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Apply specialized techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedic assessments.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.

Qualifications:

  • Current MA Physical Therapy license required.
  • Demonstrated experience in acute care, outpatient clinics, or home/community settings preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and physiotherapy principles.
  • Strong communication and patient education skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Title: Travel Physical Therapist
  • Salary Range: $93,000 to $120,00.00 based on YOE. (clinical ladder)
  • Schedule: varied Mon-Friday 8am to 4pm
  • Work Location: Beverly, MA
  • Requirement: MA License
