Job Description:
Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for a Developmental Learning Program in Sharon, MA. This role is for a K-5 program designed to support students with global delays. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with young students and providing the individualized support needed to help them thrive in an educational setting.
We are looking for a candidate with a preference for ABA/RBT training to support the development of students with diverse learning needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with educators and make a lasting impact on students' educational journeys.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the Developmental Learning Program for K-5 students with global delays.

Provide individualized support to students to help them meet their academic and developmental goals.

Work closely with the teacher to implement instructional strategies and behavioral interventions.

Support students in both academic and social settings, encouraging positive engagement and development.

Assist in implementing ABA strategies and behavior interventions for students.

Help monitor student progress and ensure a safe and productive classroom environment.
Qualifications:

Preference for candidates who are ABA or RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) trained.

Previous experience working with children, especially those with developmental delays, is preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a team and implement individualized learning and behavior plans.

Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
