About the Role:
We’re hiring a hands-on Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to support design/build projects in chemical process, life sciences, and environmental industries. If you’re motivated, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments — this is your chance to work on breakthrough technologies from concept to commissioning.
What You’ll Do:
- Design & specify instrumentation and control systems
- Develop I/O lists, loop diagrams, and control panel layouts
- Select and specify sensors, transmitters, PLCs, and more
- Support equipment procurement & vendor coordination
- Assist with system commissioning & onsite troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines
What You Bring:
✅ BS in Chemical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
✅ 2+ years of experience in instrumentation or controls
✅ Familiarity with DCS/PLC systems and field signal types
✅ Understanding of UL-508A and hazardous area standards
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
(Preferred: Procore, BlueBeam, smart P&IDs)
