About the Role: We're looking for dedicated and detail-oriented OR Terminal Cleaners to join our healthcare environmental services team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for deep cleaning and disinfecting operating rooms after each surgical procedure-ensuring a sterile, safe, and compliant environment for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough terminal cleaning and disinfection of operating rooms and adjacent areas
</li>
<li>
Follow infection control protocols and hospital standards
</li>
<li>
Handle and dispose of biohazard materials properly
</li>
<li>
Clean surgical lights, tables, equipment surfaces, walls, and floors
</li>
<li>
Document cleaning activities as required for compliance
</li>
<li>
Work collaboratively with the surgical and environmental services team
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
High school diploma or GED preferred
</li>
<li>
Previous hospital or clinical cleaning experience is a plus
</li>
<li>
Familiarity with infection control, bloodborne pathogen procedures, or willing to be trained
</li>
<li>
Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow strict protocols
</li>
<li>
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move for extended periods
</li>
