Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Rochester, NH to bring on a temporary electrical technician. This position will be a temporary position and has immediate needs!
Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday – Thursday
Position: Electrical Technician
Pay: $28-$31 an hour depending on experience
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to support the rerouting of facility wiring (C-code wiring) and provide hands-on support across a variety of electrical and electronic systems. This role is essential in maintaining equipment reliability, supporting production lines, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Repair & Maintenance:
Diagnose, repair, clean, and rebuild electrical and electronic equipment, including wire harnesses, test boxes, and other components.

Production Support:
Troubleshoot electronic testing equipment and provide maintenance support for production lines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering and technical teams to support equipment design, fabrication, and commissioning.

Tooling & Equipment Management:
Maintain and store tools and equipment properly while ensuring compliance with standards.

Procurement Coordination:
Partner with internal teams to source required equipment, tools, and parts.

Quality & Safety Compliance:
Support program goals related to safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with electrical and electronic diagnostics and repair

Familiarity with C-code wiring

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Team-oriented with a focus on safety and quality

Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
