Compensation:

$125,000 - $285,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident about their options.
  • Coordinate and schedule showings, maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate promptly with clients, addressing questions and providing updates on property availability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor property recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property listings.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing property information for client presentations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport throughout the buying process.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License or currently in the licensing process.
  • Experience in real estate or a related field, with a focus on client interaction and property tours.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple appointments efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of the Worcester, MA real estate market and current property listings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and client communication.
  • Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
