At Northeast Home & Energy, were looking for hardworking and motivated insulation crew members to join our growing team.
Youll play a key role in helping homeowners and businesses improve their energy efficiency and comfort all while contributing to a more sustainable future.

What Youll Do

Install various types of insulation in residential and commercial buildings, including attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements.
Cut, measure, and fit insulation materials according to specifications.
Seal air leaks and ensure proper ventilation.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assist with loading and unloading materials and other team tasks as needed.
Work closely with your crew leader to complete projects efficiently and to high quality standards.

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Good physical fitness and stamina.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
Experience in insulation or construction is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
