Job Title: Complaint Investigator
Location: Everette, MA 02148
Duration: 06 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $50.00/hr.
Job Description:
- Experience investigating complaints related to federal and state special education laws (IDEA Part B, 603 CMR 28.00).
- Strong analytical skills to review evidence, determine compliance, and draft clear, accurate findings.
- Ability to write well-structured, regulation-compliant determination letters with corrective actions as needed.
- Knowledge of special education regulations and procedures, including confidentiality and recordkeeping practices.
- Comfortable working onsite in Everett, MA, with flexibility within standard M–F, 9–5 hours.
