SkinSense Dermatology & Aesthetics

📍 Rutland, VT | 💼 Part to Full-time transition w/in 6mos| 🕒 3-4 day work week (No Weekends)

Position Summary

We’re seeking a Medical Assistant who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about both medical and cosmetic dermatology. The ideal candidate thrives in a polished, professional setting and enjoys being part of a collaborative, patient-focused team.

Responsibilities

* Assist with medical and aesthetic procedures (biopsies, minor surgies, laser treatments, injectables, etc.)

* document histories, and maintain accurate EMR records

* Prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments per clinic standards

* Support scheduling, prior authorizations, and general clinic flow

Qualifications

* Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred

* BLS certified or will complete w/in first month

* Experience in dermatology or aesthetic medicine strongly preferred

* Professional, compassionate, and reliable

* Strong attention to detail and communication skills

* EMR proficiency
