Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Process Technician to support manufacturing operations through equipment setup, process monitoring, and issue resolution. This role is critical to ensuring machines operate efficiently and production goals are consistently met. Responsibilities:
• Set up and start up production equipment in accordance with work instructions and safety protocols
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust process parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues with minimal supervision
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs to avoid downtime
• Maintain detailed records of machine logs, downtime, and process changes
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to meet output and compliance targetsRequirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a production or process technician role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow technical work instructions and process documentation
• Basic understanding of process controls and industrial equipment
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to lead or assist across shifts
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and operate forklifts or other equipment as needed
