Associate Dentist – Ludlow, MA – Partnership/Ownership Potential
We are a well-established private group dental practice seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our dental family. This is a full time position with the potential for partnership or future practice ownership for the right candidate.
Schedule:
- Full Time, Monday through Thursday
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including restorative, endodontic, and preventive care
- Collaborate with our strong hygiene program to support patient health and practice growth
- Utilize advanced technology including Cerec digital imaging and milling, digital sensors, panoramic/CBCT imaging, intraoral cameras, and rotary endodontic systems
- Work closely with a long-standing, dedicated staff in a supportive and professional environment
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited program
- Active Massachusetts dental license (or eligibility)
- Residency training (GPR or AEGD) or 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Interest in partnership or eventual practice ownership is a plus
