Job Description\n
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring active MA licensure, EPIC proficiency, and both BLS and ACLS certifications.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in the Intensive Care Unit within a hospital environment
- 12-hour rotating shifts covering both days and nights (7a-7:30p and 7p-7:30a) as needed
- Assignment duration is 8 weeks
- Required to float between ICU and IMCU units
- Uses EPIC electronic medical record system
- May be required to care for both ICU and intermediate care patients depending on staffing needs
- No time off is approved during the assignment
- No holiday time off will be granted
- Scrub or dress code aligned with hospital standards
- Parking fees may apply at the work location

- Active MA RN license in hand
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience in a similar hospital setting
- Experience with EPIC EMR required
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
- All prior employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning
- COVID-19 vaccine and booster, and flu vaccination required; medical exemptions accepted
- Must pass Tele/ECG and medication testing modules
