Job Description:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
- Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration rate; report any abnormalities to the nursing team.
- Aid residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, documenting patient care and observations.
- Implement aseptic techniques and follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illness.
- Work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and comforting environment.
- For T-LNA positions, travel to various healthcare facilities as needed, adapting to different patient populations and care settings.
