We are actively looking for a qualified and experienced Capital Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of capital projects for our client in Andover, Massachusetts. The role includes managing the delivery of HVAC infrastructure upgrades in accordance with the Capital Project Management Process. Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivery of projects in accordance with the Capital Project Management Process (CPMP).
- Manage project lifecycle, develop, and execute the project execution plan, project EHS plan, and project schedule.
- Manage cost reporting CPM and forecasting, P6 dashboards, project funding requests, and project change orders.
- Risk management and root-cause analysis for project related issues.
- Design the User Requirement Specifications (URS), manage load testing, manage utility MEP, procure equipment.
- Own change controls, validation, start-up, testing, and turnover of engineering documentation.
- Manage external contract partners/vendors, general contractors, engineers and architects, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or other related field.
- Experience in a bio-pharmaceutical environment preferred.
- Experience with managing all aspects of multiple projects at once.
- Able to manage external contractors such as engineers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft (Excel, Word, Project, Teams) and PDF editing.
- The role is expected to be full time on site position.
