Plus, get $1/hour extra on company-observed holidays, in addition to holiday pay (double pay!) if you work on the holiday.

What You’ll Do as a DSP:
You’ll play a key role in supporting residents as they work toward their treatment goals and strive for greater independence. Responsibilities include:
- Provide Compassionate Support: Assist residents with daily living activities using trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches.
- Promote Community Engagement: Encourage participation in group activities and community outings.
- Support Goal Achievement: Help residents set and reach personal goals for growth and well-being.
- Ensure a Safe Environment: Maintain a clean, stable, and healing atmosphere.
- Complete Documentation: Accurately document care and interventions in compliance with agency standards.
What We Offer:
- Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour.
- Hiring Bonus: $1200 paid out in 3 installments over 12 months
- Weekend/Holiday Differential: Additional $1.00/hour.
- Paid Training: Comprehensive, on-the-job training.

Schedule Details:
- Full-time positions available: 2 Full-time overnight shifts 4/430pm-8am; 1 Part-time overnight shift which will be a flexible schedule. 2 Full-time daytime shifts for the following schedules: (1)Tuesday-Saturday 8am-430pm and (1)Wednesday-Sunday 8am-430pm.
- To include weekends and holidays.
What You Need to Join Our Team:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
