Position Details- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4-day work week)- Optional Overtime: Fridays available based on workload- Location: Groveland, MA- Status: Full-time, on-site
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC lathes to machine complex aerospace parts- Select tooling, adjust offsets, and make minor program edits- Inspect parts with precision measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, bar gages, etc.)- Maintain clean and organized workstations aligned with safety standards- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure high output and zero-defect delivery
Preferred Qualifications- Minimum 3 years CNC lathe setup experience in a precision manufacturing environment- Familiarity with Fanuc controls or similar G-code-based systems- Experience holding tolerances - Strong mechanical aptitude and detail orientation
