Position Overview:
As an Irrigation Technician, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open, and test various types of irrigation systems, including drip, sprinkler, and underground systems.
- Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues, including leaks, clogs, and electrical problems.
- Conduct routine inspections and scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Perform winterization of irrigation systems to protect against freezing temperatures, including draining systems and insulating components.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an irrigation technician or in a related field.
- Knowledge of irrigation system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
