Job Description

Job DescriptionDescription:

Join our Pediatric & Young Adult Behavioral Health Team! Make a difference every day in a workplace that values your expertise and growth. We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated therapist to join our collaborative Behavioral Health team of psychiatric nurse practitioners and therapists. Focus on what you love — providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults — while our dedicated administrative staff handles scheduling, billing, and coordination so you can devote your time to clinical care.

Who We Are:

PAGS is one of the largest pediatric practices on the North Shore with offices conveniently located in Beverly, Salem, and Topsfield. PAGS has been providing quality, comprehensive care since 1977 in a child-friendly atmosphere and we are committed to serving our pediatric and adolescent patients and their families with both compassion and first-rate medical care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual outpatient therapy for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult clients
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Why Join Us:

  • Competitive Salary - $73,000 to $110,000 comprised of base & quarterly production bonuses
  • Weekly individual and group supervision with an experienced LICSW supervisor
  • Training and development for newer graduates/licensees
  • Full administrative support — no need to manage scheduling or billing
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment
  • Consistent referrals and opportunities for professional growth
  • Beautiful office space in Beverly with plans to expand to Salem
  • Full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, disability, Life, PTO and 401K.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Master's degree in Counseling and Psychology
  • Massachusetts license eligibility (LMHC or LICSW preferred)
  • At least 1 year of individual therapy experience
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
