Job Description:
- Minimum Experience of 8 years
- Manage Cato network devices and Extreme switches APs
- Design configure and deploy Extreme Networks solutions across enterprise environments
- Provide expertlevel troubleshooting and support for Extreme Networks switches routers wireless access points and management platforms
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess network requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Lead network upgrades migrations and integration projects
- Develop and maintain documentation including network diagrams configuration standards and operational procedures
- Conduct performance tuning capacity planning and proactive monitoring
- Stay updated with the latest Extreme Networks technologies firmware updates and best practices
- Train and mentor junior network engineers and support staff
- Interface with Extreme Networks support and account teams for escalations and strategic planning
- Required Skills Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and handon experience in configuring Cato network devices and Extreme switches APs
- Strong understanding of Layer 2Layer 3 networking VLANs STP OSPF BGP QoS and multicast
- Experience with Extreme Management Center XMC Fabric Connect and ExtremeCloud IQ
- Certifications such as Extreme Certified Specialist ECS or Extreme Certified Expert ECE are highly desirable
- Excellent problemsolving communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in largescale enterprise or service provider environments
- Familiarity with network automation and scripting Python Ansible
- Knowledge of network security principles and integration with firewalls and NAC solutions
