Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within a K-12 school setting in the Manchester and Barrington, NH areas. This contract position offers a chance to deliver specialized behavioral support to elementary-aged students, working approximately 32.5 hours per week throughout the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Behavior Specialist.
• Collect and record behavioral data to monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support students behavioral and educational goals.
• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and dedication to supporting student development.

• Primary work locations include Manchester and Barrington, New Hampshire.
