Facilities & Maintenance Manager

Massachusetts

We are looking for a hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Manager to lead the upkeep and reliability of our manufacturing equipment and site facilities. You’ll oversee a small team, manage preventive maintenance and calibration schedules, and ensure smooth operations with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities include : supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and upgrades, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What we’re looking for: supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, strong knowledge of equipment and facility systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, etc.), and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges. Experience in ISO environments is a plus.
