• Contract Duration: 12 weeks (travel nurse contract)\n
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1780 – $1910\n
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (On-Site)\n
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend\n
• Dress Code: Scrubs (no hooded shirts or sweatshirts)\n

\n\nEmergency Room RN Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in NH or compact state\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience\n
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (all required for ER nurse jobs)\n
• Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills\n
• Excellent communication and patient assessment abilities\n
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to high-quality patient care\n
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Sunrise/Allscripts preferred)\n

\n\nER RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients with acute and complex conditions, including trauma, cardiac, stroke, sepsis, and psychiatric emergencies\n
• Perform and assist with emergency procedures: trauma care, laceration repair, orthopedic trauma, ultrasound-guided IV and IO insertion, eye exams, EKGs, and cardiopulmonary interventions\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including RNs, ED Techs, and providers\n
• Operate advanced medical equipment (Lucas Device, Hotline Rapid Infuser, Alaris pumps, Pyxis)\n
• Initiate patient workups and order labs, imaging, and medications per department protocols\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and prioritize patient safety in a fast-paced emergency department\n
• Demonstrate flexibility in patient ratios during acute surges (typically 4:1)\n
