What You’ll Be Doing
As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-construction process, developing accurate bids and helping to win projects that align with Our Client’s high standards of quality and delivery.
Core Responsibilities:

Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to develop precise estimates

Generate written proposals for bids and pricing

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor, material, and equipment costs

Ensure understanding of local, city, and state building codes
-
Mentor and manage project engineers and assistant estimators to support their professional growth

Continuously enhance your knowledge across product lines: drywall, acoustical, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8), and specialties (Div 10)
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting preferred

2+ years as an Assistant Estimator, or 5–7 years of overall estimating experience

Additional Requirements:

Must successfully complete a criminal background check
