Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing services and repairs.
  • Plan and execute all necessary steps for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing water and drain systems.
  • Troubleshoot system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures efficiently.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Accurately document and manage billing and invoicing.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finish.
  • Present yourself professionally and knowledgeably to earn referrals and repeat business.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-stocked company truck.

Key Qualifications:

  • Massachusetts plumbing license required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in plumbing.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using plumbing and HVAC software for job management, invoicing, and record keeping.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain it.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
  • Willingness to work with and learn HVAC systems.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and kneeling are required.
  • Willingness to work on job sites in all weather conditions.

On-Call Requirements:

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies and weekends.

Compensation: $35-$45 per hour

Expected hours: 40-45 per week

Education & Certifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid trade license
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
