Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available for the academic year, serving middle and high school students in a K-12 setting. This contract role requires an active New Hampshire Special Education license and focuses on providing specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
Location:
- Concord, NH area
- Position is onsite only with no remote work options
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored educational programs for middle and high school students with special needs
- Collaborate with faculty and support staff to create inclusive classroom environments
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting lessons to meet individual goals
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district guidelines for special education services
Required Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire Special Education license (license and endorsements must be submitted with application)
- Experience in middle and/or high school special education environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
Work Schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Contract dates from December 15, 2025, through June 16, 2026
