The Medical Director primarily leads the design and implementation of all medical practice, provides clinical oversight, administrative, and strategic leadership for the delivery of medical and psychiatric services.
The Medical Director ensures that clinical care meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and effectiveness while aligning with the organization’s mission, values, and regulatory requirements.
The Medical Director collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, oversees medical staff, and drives initiatives to improve client outcomes across all programs and service settings.
The Medical Director also provides key leadership in quality and risk management and works closely with the Chief Program Officer and other agency leaders to strategize on agency-wide quality and risk management.
