Job Title: RN – Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Float)
Location: Falmouth, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $68 – $76/hour

Position Summary:
The Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN provides comprehensive patient care using the nursing process in an acute care setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage telemetry and post-operative patients while maintaining high standards of patient safety and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct Med/Surg Tele nursing care and patient assessments

• Administer medications, IV therapy, and perform independent phlebotomy

• Monitor telemetry, manage cardiac medications, and chest drainage devices

• Care for post-operative and orthopedic patients

• Educate patients and families on care and recovery

• Document care accurately in the EMR

• Respond to emergencies and ensure patient safety

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active Massachusetts RN license

• 2+ years Med/Surg Tele RN experience

• Travel experience preferred

• BLS certification required

• IV therapy and phlebotomy experience required

• Completion of Med/Surg IV Medication Module and Basic Arrhythmia Exam
