<li>Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold a compact license.</li>
<li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.</li>
<li>Medical/Surgical nursing and/or home health care experience.</li>

<li>RN Case Managers at the VNH screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and treat patients as well as coordinate and communicate treatment activities with our interdisciplinary team members and the patient.</li>
