Adecco Staffing has partnered with a well-established and respected manufacturing company in Nashua, NH, to recruit dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers for their growing 1st shift team. Job Title: Assembler
Location: Nashua, NH
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble mechanical components using hand tools and small power tools

  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings

  • Perform quality checks through visual and manual inspection

  • Use measurement tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure precision

  • Follow routing sheets and adhere to established manufacturing processes

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Report any issues, defects, or inconsistencies to supervisors

  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in mechanical or hardware assembly preferred

  • Ability to read technical drawings and written instructions

  • Strong attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination

  • Familiarity with torque drivers, hand tools, and small assembly equipment

  • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods

  • Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindset

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
