Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Bow, NH, to hire skilled Mechanical Assemblers on 1st and 2nd shift. These are temp-to-hire roles offering long-term career potential in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Bow, NH
Pay Rate:
• 1st Shift: $20.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $23.00/hour
Schedule:
• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Do:

Perform mechanical assembly tasks across various product lines, rotating as needed

Assemble products using hand and air tools while meeting quality and efficiency standards

Organize and verify components prior to assembly

Access QMS (Quality Management System) and MRP systems to review job information
-
Cross-train in other departments and assist fellow employees as needed
-
Adhere to safety procedures including HAZCOM, lockout/tagout, and company protocols
-
Maintain traceability of materials and complete all associated documentation

Work closely with group leaders to follow all operational guidelines and assembly procedures
What We’re Looking For:

Experience with hand and air tools
-
Mechanical aptitude and ability to read schematics
-
Good dexterity and attention to detail
-
Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for entire shift

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong team player with positive interpersonal skills

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
