Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Bow, NH, to hire skilled Mechanical Assemblers on 1st and 2nd shift. These are temp-to-hire roles offering long-term career potential in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Bow, NH

Pay Rate:
1st Shift: $20.00/hour
2nd Shift: $23.00/hour

Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform mechanical assembly tasks across various product lines, rotating as needed

  • Assemble products using hand and air tools while meeting quality and efficiency standards

  • Organize and verify components prior to assembly

  • Access QMS (Quality Management System) and MRP systems to review job information

  • Cross-train in other departments and assist fellow employees as needed

  • Adhere to safety procedures including HAZCOM, lockout/tagout, and company protocols

  • Maintain traceability of materials and complete all associated documentation

  • Work closely with group leaders to follow all operational guidelines and assembly procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with hand and air tools

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to read schematics

  • Good dexterity and attention to detail

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for entire shift

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong team player with positive interpersonal skills

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
