Summary

Looking for candidates interested in joining a large non-profit child care agency as a Pre-K Team Member. Applicants should be energetic, have a love for children and a passion for ECE.

Duties

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences based on NH Early Learning Standards
• Actively supervise and engage with children as well as support social, cognitive and emotional growth
• Maintain frequent communication with parents/families
• Ensure all State regulations and Center policies are met
• Maintain professional development requirements

Requirements

• At least 9 credits in ECE preferred
• Experience working with children in a licensed child development facility preferred
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
• High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children and parents)
• A strong understanding of child development
• Must be comfortable with play based learning as well as nature led practice
• Must meet State of NH requirements for the position, including a combination of experience and related college credits
• Must clear full background check and must pass a health screening
